Background: Patti led a global team as the Global Commodity Manager at Smiths Medical, managing supplier activities, negotiations, contract management, and pricing agreements.
Role: The board member participates in all board decisions and takes on special projects as needed. Patti represents the general membership and brings diverse perspectives to the board.
* Rick has moved to Michigan and resigned, we are actively looking for a replacement for this role.
Background: Rick has had a long career in finance and lending in upmarket.
Role: As Treasurer, Rick is responsible for managing the HOA’s finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and overseeing expenditures.
Background: Millie has had a long career in leading Telecommunications Engineering at TDS.
Role: The Secretary maintains all HOA records, takes minutes at board meetings, and ensures that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Background: Joni serves as a National Representative for the Christian Labor Association, where she facilitated labor relations, represented workers across various professions, and ensured members had access to comprehensive benefits while supporting balanced workplace environments.
Role: The Vice President assists the President and steps in during their absence. Joni also focuses on specific projects and initiatives that benefit the community.
Background: Long career in big technology, leading, managing and over a decade in leading and volunteering in open source communities.
Role: As President, Chris oversees the overall operations of the HOA, ensuring that meetings are conducted smoothly and that all board members fulfill their duties. They serve as the primary liaison between the HOA and external entities.
To get involved, join a committee, attend board meetings, or volunteer for community events to help shape and improve our neighborhood. Any community member can establish a need for a committee whether it is long standing or temporary.
The Architectural Committee in an HOA is responsible for reviewing and approving changes to properties - such as exterior modifications, additions, fences, or landscaping; to ensure they comply with the community’s design standards and CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions). Its purpose is to maintain the neighborhood's aesthetic, protect property values, and promote consistent architectural integrity.

The Landscaping Committee in an HOA oversees the maintenance, improvement, and aesthetic standards of the community’s common area landscaping. This includes reviewing landscaping plans, coordinating with vendors, suggesting enhancements, and ensuring adherence to community guidelines. Its goal is to promote curb appeal, sustainability, and a well-kept environment for all residents.
